Steam will not correct my English in the client (SOLVED)

So I wrote this on the website version of Steam and here it works but whenever I comment or review or do anything on the client, it keeps thinking I wanna type in Dutch. My language preference is set to only English, my account settings are English, my Windows is also in English. Why won't Steam change this properly? I am just so confused cause on the website it works fine.

This .... isn't really the problem I have. I want it to spell check my English but it won't.
I just want it to check my English, not my Dutch.
