Rockstar Game Launcher not logging in with continuous spinning wheel

Just tried to launch San Andreas from Steam but the Rockstar Launcher won't let me sign in it keeps showing the spinning wheel. I tried logging in from my Internet Browser but that did not fix the issue.

This often happens when the DNS cache becomes stale.

You can try doing this in the terminal (close the launcher first):

ipconfig /flushdns

In some cases, your router might also have a DNS cache which has become stale. To clear it, you typically need to reboot or powercycle the router. It's a good idea to restart your computer and reissue the above command in the terminal after doing this.

Not so sure ask Rockstar support for better advice, even i have issue in the past rockstar could not say what was, all i did was a retry in reinstall that thirdpart client ( social media and all was okay ) but that was a long time ago. )
