Two PC setup for streaming

Is it possible to somehow make steam work on both PCs?
I am using a program on my streaming PC through steam, while streaming, but it disconnects when I start another game on my gaming PC.
Is it possible to make it work on both?

You can run multiple Steam games/apps on the same system but obviously you cannot run multiple games on multiple systems as that would aid piracy.

Well, if you use it for streaming I dont see the issue. Oh well.
