Steam Client not loading Store

Error Code -102

What does this code mean?
I can connect to the store fine in a browser or on my phone but anything that requires the Store in the client specifically I cannot access and it's been like this for 2 days now.
What can I do besides reinstalling the client or clearing steam browser cache? I've already tried both of those and nothing has helped.

EDIT: To anyone else who may experience this I changed the DNS of my PC to googles, I was using Cloudflare for a long time but that was the issue seemingly as now i'm fine. I had no idea DNS protocol could cause something like this but if it happens to you I recommend trying that just like I did. If you aren't sure how to change your devices DNS it's actually really easy to do just give it a quick google search it takes like 10 seconds to change.

I said in the post that I cleared my steam browser cache and tried restarting. Is there another cache i'm not aware of? I can't find it.

Ah, deleting download cache did not help either.

Usually, Steam Error 102 happens when a file related to Steam gets damaged or disappears, often because of a virus . One way to fix this is by replacing the Valve Corporation file. If that doesn't work, you can try using a registry cleaner to fix any problems with Steam Error 102 or other file references that might be causing the error message.

Are you logged in? Did you log out and then log in again.

Did you backup the games and screenshots?

In step one you keep your steam.exe steam userdata and steamapps.
Delete everything else,

Well no way there's a virus, I only use clip studio, steam and epic on my pc, where would the valve corporation file be located?

Hey I have the same issue. Mind sharing which DNS you used. I know you said Google's, but from what I can tell they have a few. I'm glad this worked for you and hopefully it will work for me.
