3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
6. Change your trade link: Profile > your inventory > trade offer > Who can send me trade offer > scroll down and make a new trade link.
7. Once you have done all of the above steps, edit your profile to get rid of the fake message planted by the scammer (if it exists).
Be aware that Steam Support will not restore stolen items nor stolen wallet funds.

Valve employees will never communicate with you about your account using any chat system including Steam Chat and Discord. There's no situation in which you'd need to reach out to a Valve or Steam employee directly to resolve an issue.

For all we know, those other accounts got rightfully banned.
Community bans only affect the account hit by the ban.
If multiple of your accounts got community banned, that means each one was either banned due to your actions on that account or was done to prevent you from evading a ban.
