You can change your password and deautherorize all other computers via your Steam Guard settings just to be sure. The web link(not a real YouTube link) was used as a part of a common phishing scam/script that probably only traded inventory items and spread itself by automatically messaging his/your friends. Check your inventory for missing items.
PS: Please remember: Do not post these links publicly.
In all honesty, it's probably not necessary, but I'd recommend it any time any aspect of your account is compromised.
In the top left corner of the Steam client window, click "Steam" > "Settings" > "Account" tab > "Manage Steam Guard Account Security..." > Check "Keep my account protected by Steam Guard" and "Deauthorize all other computers now" and click OK.
It will reset (deauthorize) all known/trusted locations your account has logged in on (besides where you're currently logged in). If you have multiple authorized devices you'll need to re-enter a Steam Guard confirmation code the next time you next log-in.
There's no certainty, but it's a good sign. Malwarebytes has been doing a pretty good job detecting warez related to account hijacking. You can also run an intensive scan using your regular anti-viruses most intensive scan, but you should be okay. What you fell victim to does not necessarily install anything on your system.
If they haven't already been removed (and you've changed your info, etc.) you're most likely fine.
