HoI3 Their Finest Hour?

Hello All,
Please help

Yesterday I purchased HoI3 & Their Finest Hour. When I go to my Steam Library Hoi3 is there but not Their Finest Hour. When I go to the download page for Their Finest Hour it states it is purchased and there is the play now button. When I push the play now button the main page appears and when I click on Play Hoi3, nothing happens. The game never starts.
I can't find Their Finest Hour anywhere on my computer
Steam states I purchased the game and it is in my library
Yet, it is not there

I tried and tried to enter the product key and that never works either

Any help?

So is 'Their Finest Hour' dlc? Go to your library, right click on the game, 'view downloadable content', and see if it is there.

Hi Ganmerlad,
Thanks for the response.
There is no "Their Finest Hour" in my library. I have my paypal receipt, it states on the DLC page that Their Finest Hour is in my library. I know it is not there.
I have no idea what to do next
Any help would be great

Ok I did right click on Hearts of Iron 3 and went to downloadable content. Their Finest Hour is there with the check in the installed box and it states it is installed.
When I start HoI3 the start up page states Their Finest Hour however when I click on the button to play the game. Nothing happens.
Yesterday when I purchased HoI3 it worked fine. When I tried to add Their Finest Hour the game never got past the start up screen.

Some games you have to start the game through the DLC, like you would have to click on Their Finest Hour to make the game start. Other games you simply start the main game and the DLC is playable once you are in the game. I don't have any idea which it is for that particular game. You can ask in, or search, the game forum for Hoi3.

Yeah I tried to load the game both ways. I have uninstalled HoI and reinstalled and that did not work. I would try to uninstall Their Finest Hour but I can't find it. There is not one single file on my puter for it yet Steam says I have it, PayPal states I paid for it. The game's start up states Their Finest Hour yet despite all that. I can't get the game to start.

Well humm...try going to your library>right click HOI3>properties>local files>verify integrity of game cache. If that doesn't work, go to the game forum and see if they have any idea.

Thanks again for your time ganmerlad. That did not work either. I know it is something I am not doing or am doing that I am not supposed to do. Everyone else can play. I've done everything I can think of to do.
Maybe someone else can help?

I purchased Arsenal of Democracy and that runs just fine. Like I said I get the start up screen and press play but I get nothing after that.

Ok so here is the latest. I had to purchase "For the Motherland" to be able to play "Their Finest Hour" however in order to download "For the Motherland" I had to pay for the "Semper Fi" expansion. So I purchased all 4. Of course it would have been nice to know this in the beginning as I could have saved some $$$ and gotten more DLC's by purchasing it all in a pack.

Now I can only play "Their Finest Hour"
Why is that?
Why can't I play either for the motherland or Semper Fi or just plain ole HoI3? Why is my only option to play "Their Finest Hour"?
Why did I pay all that money to play just one DLC?
