Steam profile - issue with selecting location

I want to set my location on my Steam profile, however the options available are incorrect.

I live in Hertfordshire, which is not available for selection. Furthermore, most of the cities listed under Herefordshire are actually in Hertfordshire.

Cheshunt and Saint Albans (which should be spelt St Albans) are actually in Hertfordshire.

Also, Hertford is listed in the State/Province category but it is actually a town in Hertfordshire.

To sum up, it should be as following:
Hertfordshire ---> St Albans, Cheshunt, Hertford
Herefordshire ---> Hereford

I would be willing to suggest other cities/towns to be added to these categories if it would help.

How can I let Steam know this and get it to be corrected?

Don't expect Valve to update the cities that they haven't updated in over a decade.

I imagine there is no Hertfordshire because a lot of people associate Hertfordshire with London especially southern Hertfordshire such as Watford which is often associated with North-West London.,
