Steam Install Rustling My Jimmies
So, Last night I had to completely uninstall steam as a last resort to fix an error, and there are two things that are really giving me a good rustling. 1) When I attempt to run the steam installer it says steam is already running and it can't start it, which I don't know how it could, because I uninstalled it and it no longer appears in the 'uninstall a program' list. How do I stop the steam ghost from running and being spooky? 2) I moved my SteamApps folder on my desktop before uninstalling steam, and I'm not 100% sure where to move it back to after re-installing steam. Any advice?

1. Kill the process from the task manager.
2. The same way you moved the folder before.

So I'd just replace the freshly made steamapps folder?
