Problems starting games with steam ( play button does not work )

Hi I have 2 Amerzone and sinking island caught rebates games company microids a couple of adventure games for a change of both shooter game

And the thing is that none of the 2 operate me and tried to verify the game cache in steam've disconnected the antivirus to have bothered if the firewall and raised the issue of compatibility with Windows XP

I have a windows 7 64bit and not whether the problem can come here or on the other side the problem is that I give the play button and neither the game nor do absolutely nothing steam

The point is that I wonder if there is any way to directly contact someone from steam because the support of the game does not work I

hmmm okay games own forum is user that can try help, you sometims games dev has a how to fix something....
and same is here there are moderator and user...

but play dont work....very odd never hear of that before...

I tried some solutions of these in another game of the same company called Amerzone and still not working

The game seems to start but nothing is displayed on the screen

game spec ... dont use compatibility... reinstall gfx driver.. just to be sure same with directx

Go to the game's folder, right click on the exe, make shortcut on deskto, go to properties and check disable visual themes, check run as administrator and and run in compatibility of Windows 95. Then try to launch it from that shortcut.
