Out of range indicates the game tries to use a resolution or refresh rate the monitor does not support.
Depending on the game it may be as easy as using ALT+Enter, or needing to manually edit a config file.
With Source games you can use the parameter -autoconfig.

Have you tried -autoconfig with CS:GO?
Mafia 2, try this:
Borderlands 2: http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/942811-borderlands/56160860
Payday, again, try -autoconfig.

Keep in mind that resolution shouldn't pose the problem here, but the refresh rate the games want to use.

Have you checked that your system is still running at 144Hz?
Have you checked that the cable connection between your monitor and your videocard is not wobbly?
Did anything at all change between working and not working? ANYTHING?

I cant change it to 144 cuz "out of range" ...

Now we are getting closer. It could be a simple cable problem. Since you need two HDMI cables for 120/144Hz, check that both are working. Unplug both and plug them back in, see if it works then.

Ok i can check it but , when i bought that monitor everything was working good at at 144hz.

Since you are back playing the game you had problems with, i guess you fixed it. Was it a loose cable?
