Report a translation problem
Depending on the game it may be as easy as using ALT+Enter, or needing to manually edit a config file.
With Source games you can use the parameter -autoconfig.
-CSGO
-Mafia 2
-Borderlands 2
-Payday
Overall in almost all new games i have this problem.
As u can see my monitor suports this settings .|
Usually i would need to add -window in launch setting but it still doesn't changing that i want to play at 1920x1080 res

Payday, again, try -autoconfig.
Keep in mind that resolution shouldn't pose the problem here, but the refresh rate the games want to use.

When i change resolution to 1600x900 its working perfectly.

Have you checked that the cable connection between your monitor and your videocard is not wobbly?
