Sir i was hacked this morning at 8:28am please for consideration also , help me sir to trace that hacker . the story goes like this , this hacker open my acc. without my idea that this hacker already knew my password(who knows :\ ) and then after that this hacker send my items as steam offer to his acc and the last thing this hacker had done was delete me as a friend block me and then no more ....

#admin please help me i spent all my savings for those items unless if my rich enough to buy that again sir ... :(

Support doesn't need the password, but they do need the account name. If you've forgotten the account name, give them all the information you have (except the password). Email, payment methods, etc.

i gave them my dota2 acccount (which includes my user and password) and also my gmail account , i have no choice i just want to recover my stolen items that why i submitted my personal account and for proof also :(

the staff of steam member replied to me guys unfortunately my items can't be restored unless they can verify internally if my account was really log in by another user , so what does it mean ? will my items be able to restore on or never will it be again ? :(( my enjoyment was lost in just one day

It means Support staff will conduct an investigation and if it's likely someone else logged in, your items will be restored. It's in their hands now.
