Found a way to solve the problem:
1) Go to the Steam webpage, and on the login form click on 'forgot my password', and enter your e-mail or account name.
2) Go to your e-mails, and follow the procedure to change your password.
3) Install SteamGuard.
4) Try to login to Steam with the Steam client with the new password.
That solved it for me.
P.S. At my e-mail I found e-mail messages from 2 days ago from Steam Support that were about password change, and they were read already, and I didn't changed my password 2 days ago!
Probably someone tried to hack accounts.
Dude , they fixed it, it's working now :)
