Locked Out From Community Market?

So I just added funds on my account (for the first time) because It's kinda hard to look for REAL (by that I mean real stores literally not some online shop or what) stores that have steam wallet credits. After redeeming the code, fixing my address for tax, and having the credits finally in my wallet, I visited the community market and the page says:

The Market is unavailable for the following reason(s):
It appears you've made a valid purchase on the Steam Store, but it's not 30 days old yet. More info...
If nothing further occurs to restrict your access, you'll be able to use The Community Market on 1/3/2015, 6:32:06 PM.


Do I really need to wait that long? And what do I need to do? Do I have to purchase stuff to start the cooldown because the support page says that adding funds is a valid purchase. Help me guys. It's my first time to fund my account. Thank you in advanced.

It would mean March as May would be over 30 days away.

What's the point of this ♥♥♥♥? That's useless for real. A person adds funds to his account in his own decisions, and has to wait 30 days to order smthing. WHAT'S THE POINT OF THIS??!!

But waiting is so annoying, and I want to buy some skins that are really cheap and I don't want them running out.

hey I know this thread is way old, but I wanted to let you know that after I added steam guard to me account, I was able to trade even though I didn't wait out the 7 day period. Weird.

You can use wallet funds in the main store, it's not only for the market.
