How to check my Reported Ticket Status?

My dota 2 items have been stolen and hijacked at 15 Dec 14. I've submitted a ticket for steam support at the same day. Yet, i still never receive any feedback from steam support. How do i check the progress in steam? Since my friends already get back all the items which been stolen and hijacked on 17 Dec 14

Note: Same case & same hacker with me

You can check progress and/or create new tickets by logging into your Steam Support account.

how do you log into your Steam Support account? I got a reply for a ticket I opened, and the link in the email bring me to an unrelated steam page

If your tickets are not showing up when you hit and and sign to this link https://support.steampowered.com/ticketlist.php then try using the link on a different browser I was using Chrome and then switched to Safari and it worked perfectly.

That's a scam. Steam will never tell you to contact someone. They have their own ticket system.
