If you did not have a browser open, you should be very careful. Run Malwarebytes and Spybot immediately. If they find nothing, use ctrl-shift-esc to open Task Manager and check the running processes; if you see anything suspicious, you can try to track it down and delete it; do not enter any personal information anywhere until this is resolved. Disconnect internet, disable suspicious processes, and deactivate suspicious processes. Then, go to "Run" and type "msconfig". Disable any suspicious items from the automatic startup list.
If you think this did not kill the malware/virus, it may be necessary to revert windows, if you have a save point (I'm a bit oldschool, which here means paranoid idiot, so I usually just reinstall if things get bad). Most of the bugs I've seen that obviously require this have also disabled internet, so if you're reading this that isn't the case but keep it in mind.
Obviously, go through escalation first; try malwarebytes and Spybot first, then Microsoft Security Essentials (this is NOT included in windows, but it is free). If you see no trace of the bug after that, you should be fine.
I also strongly recommend disabling plugins for your browser, and keeping relatively strict security settings. Any time a program asks to install something to your browser it is a scam, cancel that ♥♥♥♥ and get out of there. No, stop, CANCEL IT and get away, it isn't worth it, I don't care what they offered. Obvious exception for plug-ins you specifically seek out and install individually. Usually, because those can be malware too, but at that point I assume you've figured out what Google is so you can check on the stuff.
I hope this helps you :)
Oh my god you are a savior, this would scare the hell out of me, thanks!
Though to me it's my keyboard and I think it's the ROCCAT Talk-software that came with the keyboard-driver x_x
Because I had to reinstall my computer a while back, I've lost all of my "trophies" and have yet to disable the voice again. So the other day I once again jumped more or less out of my chair because of that scary voice. Still, it is a bit fun as well ^_^
