Captcha image code nightmare
So apparently Steam is using Captcha image codes now? Seriously, guys. Some people like myself have dyslexia. It took me forever to login and I started looking for steam support email address on google because here you have to be logged in and use captcha for everything. And believe it or not but some people can't read and some people are blind. A lot of people who spend a their money on games are being locked out of steam because of your stupid captcha code. I actually find it to be very offensive and discriminating. A large company like valve should know better. Fix it please.

You only get the captcha if you fail the login a number of times. And even then, it's made to help stop bots or whatever from stealing your account.

@Utage No I have never seen it before and I saw the captcha thing at once, not after failed login. Besides. There are many much more effective ways to prevent hackers, such as security question or math questions. Something like; 5 + 7 - 1 = ?. Captcha is wrong and I can't believe it's even legal. Again, a large company like steam should really know better than to use something primitive like that. Because in the long run, people are gonna stop using steam because they can't login to their accounts. And they'll demand their money back. When you're locked out of your account, you kinda realize that you don't actually own these games.

I'm pretty sure they're outside of the computer game demographic. (Very close to 0%.)

Then your password is incorrect (the typed password)
Try to reset your steam password, if you can access the email address of that account.

No it's not incorrect. I'm logged in, right?
But I'm pretty sure it was temperately. Like a bug or something, cuz I haven't seen it since my complaint. Capcha is still dumb though. And it's still not very user friendly. Like I said, if you're blind or you got dyslexia or something, you're pretty much locked out.
