Didn't get money from my Paysafe card

So I bought Paysafe card and tried to get the money to Steam. I wrote the PIN code right and all but I didn't get the money. I tried again few times and made sure I wrote the code right and all. I also made the Paysafe check and it said that there is no money on the card. So there is no money on the card and there is no money on my Steam account so where is it? Please help

I think you should either contact Steam about it or go back from where you got the Paysafe card and tell them about the issue.
