AC: Unity VS AC: IV Black Flag

Hey guys! I got a little problem. I can not choose between these two games. I will by one of them this month but i cant decide which. I got a Asus GTX 660 OC so i will definently not be able to run Unity on ultra graphics. I'm not sure with Black Flag though... I really, really like that you can enter buildings in Unity. I like the Black Flag pirate theme a bit more, seems to be much more cooler world and different stuff like intresting animals and big ships.. So what do you guys think? Which game got the bigger and nicer world? (I'll just go around free roaming alot)

Assassin's Creed Unity is a buggy mess right now, has a 49% positive rating (51% don't like it), where as Black Flag has a 92% positive rating. That doesn't answer your question the way you asked it, but it's something to consider anyway.

I don't like Ubisoft but the AC series seems really nice..

Well, you would hope, but it depends on how fast they can put a massive patch together, and if they have to patch the patch. There is no way to count on it. Watch the video sm0 linked. The game is really bad for people who have powerful computers, but really really bad for people with run of the mill computers. I wouldn't buy Unity personally, not until I see it's fixed first.
