Help me find my NBA 2K15 activation code

I know this is something very stupid but I really want to know where can I get my NBA 2K15 activation code? Do I really need to download the whole thing to make it work? I admit I once downloaded a pirated version but I decided to get a genuine copy yesterday but is there a way to just use my purchased key so that I don't have to download everything all over again? I really could not see the ACTIVATION KEY anywhere.

The game is your library. You have to download the whole game to be able to play it anyway. When you say genuine copy, do you mean a physical copy from a retail store? If that's the case, the key should be somewhere in the box...or on the game instruction manual.

Nope. I mean I used to have a pirated copy of the whole game so now I have purchased it on STEAM I would like to get the Activation Key and don't need to re-download everything all over again. Is that possible? Because if I am gonna download everything again it will take me a week.

I'm saying that you have the game on your Steam account. Look at your profile..and click on games. It's there. I see it. Even if you have the game on Steam (which you do) you're going to have to download the entire game to play it.

Yes I know. I was just asking this because I saw someone telling that if you already have a pirated copy of the game then decided to buy it on STEAM you can just activate the game and transfer some files to make it work so in that case you don't have to re-download everything again. So my question is where can I find my NBA 2K15 ACTIVATION CODE? That's all I need to know.

Trust me. You DO NOT want to be transferring pirated files over to a clean game. You have no idea what's in those files. Also, most gamrs on Steam don't have activation codes, they're not needed.

Well, maybe you are right. Maybe the code is needed when yo didn't buy the game directly on STEAM but in my case I bought it directly here so a code is not really needed. Thanks man.
