Can't add funds from my Paypal to Steam Wallet. [Resolved]

I cannot add funds from my Paypal account to my Steam Wallet. I get the following message:

"There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance."

That said I have moved country (UK to Netherlands) and I think this is the first time I have tried to buy something with my Paypal money.
Paypal do have this policy that if you have moved country that you cannot change the address at all and I am not sure if that's the cause or not. However when I select just "Paypal" as a method of payment instead of "My Paypal Account" I still get the same error message.

Also the "please wait a moment and try again" didn't work.

I went to Steam support and submitted a ticket (for the first time) and I have no idea how long these kinds of things takes to get resolved.

I sent a support ticket, two days later someone from support gave me URLs where I can add funds from my (UK registered) Paypal to Steam even though I live in The Netherlands. This only works doing it in an internet browser and not the Steam client.

Edit: I think the URL ending in GB stands for Great Britain so if you're from another country, you might want to change that, I think. I am not too certain if it is correct or not.

After hearing stories from other people saying that it took weeks/months to get a reply from Steam support, I was very surpised to get mine so quickly.

Sorry to hear you having this same problem not being resolved. Maybe you can google for different links/URLs that may work (also be careful with that). Or you can contact Steam support and hope the wait isn't too long.

xD he is a good man, if you wanna transfer money to you acc. edit URL - set country that you first time added money to your acc, like me i live in Lithuania, but first time i added money i was in Norway, so i set URL to NO, simple, sorry for bad english :) and by the way - you may need to use CyberGhost 5 to change you IP to the country you were when you added money

i don't think so, use credit card, or buy Steam wallet cards
Cards is the best way to add money, very simple, just redeem code, and your ready to go
