Cutscene sound too loud

I know this is a common problem that many people have. But after many searching, I still can't find any solution.

The sound in every cutscene, logo in every games becomes much louder than in normal. If I try to lower the volume in general to avoid this, I can barely hear the sound in game. Sound is still normal when I watch films or hear musics.

The problem happens when my Razer Synapse is installed, which means my surround sound is activated. When I uninstalled it, the problem has gone too. But I need the driver to have my surround sound otherwise my headset will be a normal headphone.

I tried:
- set launch option in games: -forcesurround and -forcestereo
- lower EQ in configuration
- uninstall device driver and reinstall it
- uninstall Razer Synapse and reinstall it

Did anyone have the same problem and find the way to fix it? Please let me know. Thanks
