Many advise against upgrading without download hp owners drivers .....and hp does not update his drivers for many years. I will try other options before updating the video card...I hope that there are

No, they don't. Never heard anyone knowing his stuff advising to download drivers from HP. They use very outdated drivers and they are the same that AMD offers. They changed nothing as the videocard is not a special made HP version, it's the one that AMD manufactured.
There is no reason to not use the latest AMD driver.
