Commandos 2 cant play in windows 7 64 bit

At first game started in main menu and cursor was luggy as hell then it crashed i dont know what to do
commandos 2 in 64 bit windows 7

Try asking in the commandos discussion hub. Considering how old the game is and the system requirements not mentioning any OS after Windows ME, i'm not surprised you encounter issues.

ok i made a post i loved game when i was a kiddo i bough also commandos 3 mb that would play better but commandos 2 is way better xd thx man

Try playing it in compabilities for windows xp, that usually works :)

i tried all compabilities some dont even start and some start but menu is laggy like 0.5 fps :)
but commandos 3 is played perfect but i dont see any resulotion to choose xdd

I play commandos on win 7. Commandos 3 does not work for me though :(

commandos 2 way better and i used to play it in xbox original so it brings back memories i also downloaded as pirate but stops in checking performance message

You're funny, I tried my laptop running a clean windows 8.1 install.. needed directplay api and the game runned perfectly without any compatibility whatsoever . Added widescreen fix and the game looks fantastic. (for being so old i mean)
Still don't know why it won't run on my main pc.

I run the game on Win 7 64 bit with no issues at all whatsoever.

By the way I find it very difficult to read your posts. Consider using punctuations and dropping retarded things like "xdd". They do not help conveying your thoughts.

How do you get this to work? I find the folder, but the "patch" button is greyed out and I can't click in the new resolution boxes.
