I clicked on a suspicious link - what to do now?

Hi!

Unfortunately, I did something stupid. I received this kind of message:

"ian_allen: Hello mate. My friend in fb ask me add you. He want to talking with you, but he can't add you, have an error...
ian_allen: Can you add him please? {LINK USUNIĘTY - Nie spamuj i uważaj na wyłudzaczy.} He will waiting for you, he say me you and he old friends"

and I opened the provided link and after few seconds I closed the website (I don't know what was there, no alerts from Kaspersky Internet Security 2014).

I wonder what to do now? Of course I will perform a full antyvirus scan, but antything more? Should I change my Steam password?

I suppose i didn't, otherwise Kaspersky should alert something, right? I found some topics about those scammers, what they want to achieve with those links?

yeah i have goten the same msg from 2 dif people one name "sir and unnamed man" ---Most the time they change your name on each person that try to attak to hide em self best thing to do is inore the smg and remove / report that user if you think you know the person as liek a freind maybe tell him to scan his pc cuz he may have open the link / other before hand and now bugged to spam it to others -- i noted this before on steam and skype some one opens a link or download something that forces all your freind to get the same msg even tho you didnt realy sent it most the time it like hey dude look at this or here look at my new profile pic or soemthing be realy careful and and change pw if you feel like your been hacked or noted something missing in steam or other ... i have had to report at least 4 people so far for this stuff

also dont give em real life info like whre you may live or full email they may try hack it or try to steal your other non steam stuff
