Bought a game, haven't got it.
I bought a GTA: Complete pack, but didn't get it. I used skrill/moneybookers and picked the Trustly metod. The money went off from my bank account. In my skrill account it says, that transaction is processed, but when I check the Steam transactions, it says that it has failed twice (EVENT tab).
I contacted to Steam Support also and really hope I just didnät throw my money away and will get the games.
I don't know what happened. Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks for listening.

If it failed, the money will be returned to you in a few business days. If not, contact Skrill support.

You say that in your account info, under transactions, it lists as "Failed".
https://store.steampowered.com/account/

What happens is the payment method sets aside the funds, and may even say it was sucessful. But Steam's side something goes wrong, some verification fails. Steam refuses to collect the money (anti fraud system) and the game is not given. Depending on your payment method, the money will eventually be returned to your account. It may take a few days, or with some less reliable payment methods, may actually take you calling and contacting their support system to get the money returned (like PaySafe Card, horriblely unreliable for suff like this).
