mirillis action! license

hi guys, so the video recording software action is on sale for around 32 euros on steam but if i go on the actual website of mirillis, the COMMERCIAL license costs 50 usd. So if i buy it from steam, does it give me the commercial license aka permission to upload to youtube?
Any help would be great

It's the same thing but it's cheaper because Steam is having a SALE with many, many titles on sale. Also Mirillis has no hand in the permission to upload to YouTube, they have zero rights to the games you record. You should be bothered if the Publisher or Developer of the game is alright with you uploading gameplay to YouTube e.g. is "Rockstar OK with me uploading GTA V videos on YouTube."

But you will most likely have no problems with game publishers as there are already many people that do gameplays and stuff, so you should be good to go.
