I bought Spore today, and mins after i bought it, it went on sale, i feel ripped off
I have wanted Spore for weeks now, today, i looked at the sales, didnt see Spore listed, broke down and bought it.
After i bought it and played for a while, i come back to steam, and see Spore is now 50% off.

I feel totaly ripped off.

Is there anything i can do about this?
I would totally take the 50% off that i didnt get, and spend that money on other steam games.

I feel totaly ripped off, and it has ruined the game for me now

Unfortunately not. Welcome to the nature of the Steam sales. And digital service sales in general.

Sorry there's nothing you can do. The best thing you can do is learn not to buy games right before a sale. I know the autumn sale was a little bit low profile, but make sure that there's no upcoming sales before you buy a game full price.

This sucks... I waited for weeks to buy Spore, I kept looking to see if it was on sale, and i didnt see that it was on sale today, and i figured that if it wasnt on sale today, it wouldnt be on sale. So i bought it, and MINS LATER, it goes on sale...

I feel so ripped off...
I feel like the game is ruined to me now...
I dont even want to play it now, because it is just a reminded to me that i have been ripped off

Never buy a game you want unless its on sale sorry that you have to learn that the hard way but thats the nature of steam.

At the time you purchased it, you felt the price was worth it.
Sorry, my advice is always wait for sales, the Autumn sale had been advertised so it could have come on sale then. It's just poor luck you bought it then, you may feel ripped off but Steam did nothing to rip you off.

I understand your frustration, but there's seriously worse things in life. Don't let this ruin your experience with Spore. Its not like you were scammed $1000 or something.

I felt stupid for bying a SIX YEAR OLD GAME for 20$
and now i just feel violated for seeing it 50% off right after i bought it...

i kinda feel like uninstalling it, just so i dont have to be reminded that i was totally ripped off

It will still be in your Library, and your account licenses and subscriptions.

I Feel like Steam should add some kind of Grace Period to these sales.

Like, if you buy the game for full price within 24 hours, that you should get refunded the diffrence. Not even a cash refund, just Steam Credits to buy another game

I Feel like i went into a store, bought something, walked out, and saw the owner of the store Change the price on the very item i bought...

Such a salty taste in my mouth right now..

Seriously dude, get a grip. Its $10. Big deal! When you grow up you will face problems far worse than this.

Meh, no matter what they do, there will always be someone on the edge of the "grace period" that will feel the same as you do.

And, in the end, it would ultimately be up to the Pulishers, not Steam. As the Publishers are the ones that handle pricing and sales.
No, because that is effectively lengthening sales. It isn't good for business.

Ill get over it eventually... but man...
It just sucks to be ripped off like that...
I won over 200$ on fanduel last night... 10$ isnt anything crazy...
but it just steams me to be ripped off like that

Hopefully ill win BIG tonight on fanduel, and just go buy a PS4 or Xbox 3

No store would do that like if i go to a clothes store they won't stop me from buying to tell me that there is a sale soon business is business.
