We're all regular Steam users just like you. No one here can tell you why you were banned other than a known cheat was detected. VAC ban's cannot be removed. Steam Support will not provide any information other than confirm that the ban was correctly assigned.
Information: Steam Support > I've Been Banned
VAC Information Thread: Valve Anti-Cheat: Information Thread
But BOTH are wrong?
You might want to buy a lottery ticket if you think that's true
I come PvP 1v1 every time. No problem becouse I am sure of myself. I am PRO.
Knows what? Your account was used to cheat. Again: No one here can tell you why you were banned other than a known cheat was detected. Steam Support will not provide any information other than confirm that the ban was correctly assigned.
I SAID: 1v1 OKEY I AM NOT CHEATER.
Then someone else used your account to cheat. Any claim of innocence is irrelevant anyways, no one here can do anything for you.
No you won't.
You have to 1v1 with your cheats to prove you are not a cheater?
But really, like WherelsBusmin said there were cheats used on your account. We cannot help you.
that may not be a good idea and may result in your steam account being locked and you losing access to all your games...
what steam says that you can do is create a new account and buy the game again on that account and start again from scratch with that account for that game. but before you do that you have to make 100% sure your machine is clean else what could easily happen is that account too gets vac banned.
you cna also contact support but they may not be able to help you since they may not have access. vac bans are forever... nothing nobody can do i think. perhaps only thing is for them to find bug in vac, but that is so small chance and it would have happened to lots of people and be like false positive, but that is so rare its not really possible.
so accept that something on your box trigger vac and make sure its removed and your box entirely clean before you end up with more vac banned.
other thank links people already gave you dont know how to do that. if my box were infected i would basically reformat my drive reinstall windows from scratch not and download and install everything again. i would also change every single password everywhere and secure my accounts in case someone got my password and contact info.
"All VAC bans are permanent - Valve has a zero-tolerance policy for cheating and will not lift VAC bans under any circumstances."
