Suitable download region for malaysia country

I want to ask. What region should i use to download a game?? Because when i use my country region , malaysia , it speed only 76 kb/s..

what is your isp? cuz i usually download at 500kb/s (yea malaysia's internet is really slow) and peak at 600kb/s
using unifi 5MBpS plan though planning to upgrade after contract ends this december

is it shared by other devices? i only use abt 3 devices when using unifi
and you should also upgrade your internet plan

better u use west africa cuz i just used it for dwnld tf2 and it takes only 4 hour++
