Failed to load steamui.dll

I have recently uninstalled and installed Steam in hopes of repairing a issue of constant update upon starting up Steam and game updates isn't being downloaded, but instead, after Steam updates, I get a error saying, "Failed to load steamui.dll".
I tried to refresh the files a few times, but it doesn't seem to work for me.

If possible, are there any other solutions I can try at least?

Delete the corrupt dll file and run steam.exe. This will download any missing files needed to run steam.

Unfortunately, I can't seem to find the file.. I even tried to do Ctrl + F to search it. I did find the file but in .dll_ extension.

if you open your task manager aten start steam the failed to load window will open without closing it end steam in task manager and start steam again. should be fixed. worked for me
