Steam Wallet funds not added

i used a 10 euros paysafecard to add funds to my steam wallet but no funds added and when i tried to buy a game or to use the same card an error appeared here is a screenshot with the error http://gyazo.com/7de20043e65870fc014e3c287e6e10b8 (i didn't press continue).

Go to https://store.steampowered.com/account/
Check "Store Transactions" to view the status of the Transaction.

it says event : error and total : not available

My concodelences for using Paysafe. This service, frankly, sucks. Now you have to wait until Paysafe finally managed to transfer money to Valve.

Just wait for the failed transaction to return the money to your PSC.

Hey so.... Did u get your money back? I'm in similar situation too i think i accidentally closed the page that said transaction almost complete don't refresh or close.
