Does anyone know what this thing is, and whether it possibly came from Steam? I just happened to notice it a bit ago in my appdata folder and it was just installed/created yesterday. I have no clue what this is and I'm assuming it is coming from some Steam update or game.

It's part of the HTML rendering engine Chromium that Steam uses.
