Steam support says there's no problem for them.
When I got to view my screenshots, and I pick the dropdown which is originally set to view all screenshots, and I select to veiw my public screenshots, then it shows me all my public screenshots. When I upload my screenshots I always make sure the ones I want public are public and the ones I want private are private. This error happened so unexpectedly that it could not have been human error, but an error in the programming.
And it's the same for all of them, screenshots are clearly set to public, you can see all the public screenshots if you open the urls without being logged in:

I can imagine something is broken (server side?) for their screenshots privacy setting, or the screenshots page generation fails on their particular accounts for some kind of bug.

The notion that it could be one bad screenshot breaking the whole gallery sounds plausible...
Should I try and delete some screenshots?
