I need help with gmod TTT playermodels

I would prefer if someone helped me via skype to verbally/physically showed me what i am doing wrong. I followed this video on youtube to help me with the process.

Also when i enter "if (SERVER) then" in his video the word SERVER is in a yellow text and mine is not and also with the AddLua file or whatever it was that goes right after, his was in blue and mine was just plain text. Does that mean something is wrong?
Alsooo i am on my on server on the internet, not actually using my own computer as one.
soo please help me? :D
sorry if i sound like a noob. only been doing this 4 days but i have made a lot of progress.

and EVERY time i do add a player model it shows up as an "ERROR" in game.
These are the steps i take, will summarize--
download file off of steam
go to my add ons on my computer and get file and use the gma converter then i create a seperate file and put all components in there.
then i go about changing the values for point shop aka item price and name
then after putting that file in to pointshop i edit the lua file going thru the folders lua/autorun/ then the lua file.
after editing that and then adding the fox warriors resources i save file and then i move the whole file into the add ons folder in my server online.

-- also i do all this on my computer first then add the files thru filezilla to my server cause i cannot access the files on my server like you can on the computer. cause they have to be uploaded.

after all said and done i go onto my server and the item is in the point shop like i said with the price and name is correct but the player model is just a big "ERROR"

The colors and formatting in the video are from Notepad ++ (google), it has support for Lua language (Notepad ++ > Language > L > Lua)

If you're using plain notepad, ignore the colors..

Also, enable console logging on your dedicated server, and check out the logs what went wrong.

Well the problem is that i just deleted all the files from my thing cause i didn't want a big ERROR for a p model.
But if i open up my Notepad ++ and just type in if (server) or w.e. it should pop up yellow or does that even mean anything?
also the other day i actually put a player model sucessfully in there the assassins creed one.
on some server restarts it would show up on occassions it would be gold/black/black and blue/green.
its like it was having troubles finding it.

Okay so now it just shows up in the point shop as a big error but when you buy it and equip it, its the player model but black.?..

if you have problems first place to look is the console
if it cant load something, it will tell you there
just READ and fix whatever is wrong

Nothing shows up in the console.

It's just that it can't find the textures of the playermodel, where do you put those?
