Hi, confirmed by mistake a random e-mail, do not know how to recover my account, I tried to create a Steam Support account, but I can not, there is no activation link. Can someone help me? Sorry for my English.

Oh NOOOO!!!! Not another malware scheme i hope?! Are you talking about a random Email-adress-creator ment to visit unsafe sites, but you mistakenly used for a Steam account? Or are you talking about a fisher-mail you got on you normal Email acc.??

For ppl learning not to trust cookies & links from strangers :
Steam support can be found

• Desktop-modus : Lefttop corner -> Help -> Steam Support ;
  
• in Big Picture : Start-screen leftside -> click your Avatar -> Profile -> center-topside Support ;
  
• in Browser : from any page -> center-topside Support

Note 1, the standard page is in English, you'll find a dropdown menu at the bottom of the page for 19 other languages though not all 22 UI-languages.
Note 2, You'll need a new account that's different from your gaming-account. This is an extra safety measure.
Note 3, Apparently Steam Support is understaffed at the moment. Be patient, it can take quite some time before you get a personalized answer. You will get an automated message right away confirming they have recieved your ticket and with helpfull links to Steam articles provided.

Steam Guard guards your account no matter how you log in. Did you use an adress from a random adress creator?

For Steam Support you can create another account that is seperated from your Game-account, so you should be able to log in even if your game acc. is hacked or otherwise has an invalid log-in.

Then write a ticket to support. See Jimo's guide how.

So your account is not hacked but you should be able to find relevant info in the following guides.

Email confirmation should be behind one of the top 3 buttons in Steam -> Settings ->Account.
But you do NOT need that for Steam Support. At Steam Support you can use your vallid Email adress for a NEW account, a special Support account.

I cant write ticket because i cant create account, there is nowhere activation link in spam etc. nowhere. Maybe steam support temporarily does not work

Aha, i think i understand you now. You mean you don't get a confirmation mail from Steam Support where that activation link should be given (not even in your spam-folder)?
You are not the only-one. Check if your AV-suite doesn't block it to be sure it's not that.
