I got Hijacked for the second time and I dont have any virus or malware on my PC.

I've got hijacked before and Steam returned my items 10 days later, After that I've had to wait 15 days for the ban to end, and after 15 days all my stuff are GONE again. Will Steam be able to return my items one more time?
Or is it a 1 time survey?
Please help me I need to know!

That was a one time deal. I'm baffled you managed to get your account stolen twice. Have you scanned your PC with an antivirus program AND an antimalware program?
Have you changed all passwords, including email account, after you got your account back?
It seems wherever the perpetrator is getting your login data from, still has access to it.

Also, getting your items back was a one time deal. Valve doesn't have to and they do it one time out of kindness.
For the future, take better care of your account and your security of it.

Ok listen I have scanned my PC with AVG and changed all my passwords ALL of them, But didnt scan my PC with an Antimalware program. Do you have one I can use?

Malwarebytes would be a good choice.

Don't scan your PC with a retroactively installed virus scanner. Use a guaranteed clean PC to create a bootable CD/USB virus scanner and scan with that.
