If it started at some point in time, do a system restore to before the problem started.

No, don't do this.

What type of GPU was in your machine previously, Nigrutin? If it was an Nvidia GPU, then you must uninstall all Nvidia drivers before installing the AMD card.

Secondly, be aware that the R7 260X is a mid-range GPU. If you're expecting high framerates on high settings, I'm sorry to say you are mistaken. In a game like DayZ, your card will manage around 30 FPS[www.tomshardware.com] on very high settings @ 1080p.

Use software such as HWmonitor or HWinfo64 to determine the maximum temperatures you're achieving while gaming. Random frame drops are almost always caused by your components reaching a temperature which is too high for them to function, the components will then slow themselves down in an attempt to avoid damage - a process known as "throttling". Post the maximum temperatures you're seeing from the GPU and CPU and we will tell you whether your components are throttling.

Another possibility is that your power supply is not up to the task of powering the 260x, a bit unlikely as that card consumes very little juice. Post the make and model of your PSU anyway.

EDIT: replaced "low-end GPU" with "mid-range GPU"

Basicly in dayz from high i set up the Lowest settings and i still got fps drops and watch dogs same i even tried at 800x600 my power supply is 560w so i think it can work but idk why it have drops i wil downlad program tell you what heat it is while gaming

Ok in game 2k15 on high settings no fps drops for now and temps are my processor goes from 70/72c
motherboard 34c
gpu 42c
so only pcu is high but why no fps drops at nba ?

The temperature on the CPU is too high.

Your CPU will throttle itself at 70 degrees, this number is called the "Tjmax", or the thermal junction max. You're reaching the Tjmax and the CPU is intentionally slowing itself to prevent damage.

When was the last time you cleaned out your PC? Typically, the CPU cooler will accumulate dust and other debris like cigarette smoke residue and pet fur over time. Use some compressed air to clean the CPU cooler.

Case fans can also help. Are you pulling heat out of the case with exhaust fans?

Also, are you using the stock cooler, or an aftermarket one?

That CPU is too hot. It shouldn't reach 60°C in any case.

I bought cpu 2 months ago and cpu is hot in nba as well and im not getting any fps drops why is that on dayz and watch dogs ?

It's surely a laptop, you're laptop is probably dead.

CPU too hot = High FPS drop = a dead laptop if you dont stop playing video games on it

its not laptop xD

You should definitely improve your CPU cooling. Otherwise you will keep having problems due to thermal throttling.

Again, your CPU is unquestionably reaching the Tjmax. You need to clean the CPU cooler and fan. Once you do so, check the temps again. Consider whether you have enough exhaust pressure in the case as well.

A simple explanation as to why one game has frame drops and one doesn't is because not all games are created equal. Some are fine with limited CPU power, some need lots of CPU power.

Ignore the other unhelpful posters, these forums are full of spam messages and people with limited knowledge.
