PaySafeCard problem

I have a big black screen with two 'paysafecard.com and thats it. i cant login into my psc account or type a pin. what i should to do?

PAYSAFECARD

Wants to recharge my account with €. Use paysafecard. If I am to be redirected to the page, enter the code, comes just a black screen and nothing happens! Need help, this is the first time that something like this happens!

wanna buy some stuff but cant. btw: it just Looks black, but there is actually text. if you do it in Webbrowser you can see it. the Problem might be on paysafe side.

I have the support paysafecard called and sent screenshot. Should soon go away.

that seems to be my problem aswell but when i vertify my location it says : There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance.
