using a vpn to buy something from steam
hey guys i recently wanted to buy a game from steam but steam kept saying there was something wrong with my transaction so I went to steam support and found out that you can't use steam to purchase anything if you're using a proxy. I am from Iran and I can't access steam otherwise if I don't use a proxy and by the way my method of paying for things on Steam was using steam wallet cards so if you have any tips or advice on how to use the steam market when using a proxy I would be really grateful

I know steam says that you can't purchase anything if you're using a proxy but I was just thinking if there was a way like if I could ask steam support to make an exception for me so yeah any tips or ideas for the great thanks guys

And by the way the game I want to purchase right now is: the binding of Isaac rebirth

Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent regional restrictions is a violation of the SSA and grounds for a permanent account suspension. I'm very, very, very sure that Valve will allow no exceptions.

You could try to trade for it in the trading section of the game you want.
