Thank you for contacting Steam Support.

There was an issue with our payment processor for a short period of time which may have prevented some users from completing purchases through Steam.

We apologize for the inconvenience and have since resolved the issue.

If you have encountered purchasing problems recently, please exit Steam, restart your computer, and log back into your account. This should resolve the issue.

If you currently have a transaction pending through Steam, it should automatically complete within 3-5 business days from your original purchase date.

If you are still unable to complete a purchase or your transactions have not settled after 3 to 5 business days, please reply to this ticket so we can review your issue further.

我们为此问题可能造成的不便表示抱歉,并且我们已经解决了这个问题

如果您的STEAM中目前有一笔尚未完成的交易,那么它将会在您之前付款后的3-5天内自动完成

如果该笔交易仍然没有完成,请直接联系支付宝客服部门

如果支付宝方面称交易已经成功,那么请将你账户的付款记录截图回复给本条提问,
该截图需要包括交易明细中的订单ID或者是交易编号
