Anyway. It looks like someone used your account.
Either Keylogger, someone you gave away your Login data, or someone you "got" your account from (did you bought or created your steam account? first isnt allowed)
Anyway.
Your Account had a chargeback and steam says "No . your account gets closed" and thats very normal.
We as normal users cant help you and as it seems steam allready told you what to do.
If you still got any questions you should get in contact with Steam itself.

And Btw. Its not Steams fault when you dont take care of your computers security or when you gave away your account data....
If you had steam guard enabled when it happend, than either your mail account got hacked too, or it was someone you knew.
If you havent activated steam guard... you should :p

The last thing that would be possible is that you bought the stuff on your own and blame the "unknown" the not existing bad person behind all that.
But as said. We cant help you.
Greetings.

When your Account got closed than its because of the credit card.
Steam doses not tollerate Chargebacks in any form or reason ... but you wrote they contacted you allready of said topic.
Steam Guard cant be broken.
Everytime someone logs into from a different location he asks for a code that gets send to your E-mail Inbox.
If said "hacker" got your E-mail Password, or made you login into a fake steam website / download malware , keylogger, used teamviewer installed on your computer etc .... you understand what i want to say?
Scan your system while your offline (not connected to the internet) with an anti-virus , anti-malware, and / or anti - spyware program. and/or change your contact email, the passwords, etc. AFTER you got sure your system is no more infected.
More than that said, idk how else to help you :)
Greetings
But as you read, with that credit card that will be a problem
Wait wait, steam has even send me (on the steamsupport) that i must contact my bank account to chargeback with steam, so they must tollerate this one.
Now i accually think the best, or its not best, but the most realistic way how coud this happend is that hacker on mail.
yup sry i forgot that you need a code, but as we talk about that, if hacker is on mail, he can get it and then go to steam, yup... now its all like a puzzle, and i think we solved it.
But thank you all and i bless you that this wount happend to you ;)
bye
