I added steam funds to my account and restriction is not lifted?

I added steam funds and the restrictions are still not lifted wtf is this

It appears you've made a valid purchase on the Steam Store, but it's not 30 days old yet


But thats ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I waited more then 30days now the date that they said to allow me to use the steam market keeps increasing before i could of use the steam market today but the date is now Feb 16 2015

i read all of it but nothing states of increasing time of when i can use the market and i did not violate any of the thing that will increase such as logging in from a different device, getting banned, activing steam guard, etc etc

I should have clarified, in the last year. That was over a year ago.

So from January 17th, 2014 to December 17th, 2014 do you have any purchases from Steam listed?

Well if he added steam funds more than 30 days ago then that should lift the restriction.

The restriction will lift 30 days after you add funds.

So if you added funds today, you must wait another 30 days.
