Speakers

So, I have a headset in my front 3.5 mm ports, and I have another 3.5 in the back input. When I used windows XP and Vista, it could use both speakers, but with windows 7 and 8, I can only use one input. Does anyone know how to use both speakers at the same time?

In most cases, this should be a setting on the settings tool that comes with the audio drivers.

For example, my "Realtek HD Audio Manager" has a "Device advanced settings" which includes an option to "[ ] Mute the rear output device, when a front headphone plugged in".

Yea I have realtek HD audio manager as well, but when I do that, no sound comes out at all
