Can't create support ticket

Hi.
I can't create a ticket and my dads account is hijacked.
In step 1 I sellected "Account issues" and then "Hijacked or stolen account".
But nothing happens...
Please help...

Go to https://support.steampowered.com/

Either click on Create Account, or Sign in.

If you have a support account already but dont know the password, request a password reset

To recover a compromised account, please submit or update your Steam Support ticket, ensuring that the following information is included with your message:

Your Steam Account login name
Your most recent Steam contact email address
Proof of account ownership

Thanks, but my dad is already sign in :-(
He can't go to step 2...

If you are already signed in to the support site, raise a new ticket

But the problem is, that I can't create an ticket :-(
After answered the two question in step 1. nothing happens :-(
What to do?

just write "steam" in that first box with the keyboard.

Does it timeout?, as in page cannot be displayed?
Click whatever it is you are clicking and wait 5 minutes

If it doesnt respond, can you post a screenshot? (obviously remove any sensitive info 1st)

Are you able to post that screenshot to somewhere that doesn't require javascript to work?

You were confused between Java and Javascript, they are different things
