Banned from DayZ forums. Where are rules posted? Where do I report moderator?

After getting killed by a few hackers in DayZ, I posted a critique on the DayZ forum asking suggesting the rampant hacking problem be addressed. The thread was locked and I got a messege saying I was banned from the DayZ forum for 1 month. Reason for ban was "misinformation" and "trolling"

Nothing in my post was untrue or misinformation. There was no trolling, I am a fan of the game and play it regularly.

Can someone show me the rules of this forum where it defines misinformation and trolling.
Can someone show me where to report this moderator for arbitrarily banning me and locking my post?

they can do in there game hub as they please.

I do not know of reporting other than steam support.
