Stolen CSGO Skins/Items
So I Was Playing CSGO At 13 January 2014 At 01:34 PM After Back From School And My Friend Was Send Me A Link, He Was Offline And Then I Check That Link. When I Open That Link, The Page Says From Steam "This Is Not An Official Steam Website" Then I Was Realised That A Phising Or Scam Website But I Didn't Continue Or Proceed. After My Friend That Send Me The Link Online I Was Asking Him Did You Send Me A Link And Then My Friend Say That He Didn't Send Me A Link. I Was Shock And Happy Because I Said That Maybe That Was Someone Else That Copy Your Profile And Then Pretending To Be You And Send Me A Link. Then, That Happiness Is Just Passed Away After For Some Minute I Played With Him And Suddenly On The CSGO Say "No Steam Logon" And Then I Was Panic. I Returned To My Desktop And Something Like A Application Window Pop Up But I Not Checking What It Says On That Application And Just Suddenly Close That App And Logout And Log Back In Again. My Items Still There And I Played Again. Then For Some Minute, The Same Problem Appear Again And I Check That App On Desktop And It Say "Good Luck". WTF Is This And I Log Out And Log In Again And When I Played Again With My Friend, Something Looks Different. My USP-S Overgrowth Change To Default P2000. My Friend Say That Maybe It Was Just Error After Log In. Then I Check To My Inventory And All Of My Items Were Lost/Missing/Stolen. Nothing Left Behind Even Bad Skins Has Been Missing Too And I Remembered That I Earlier Open The Link Butil I Didnt Continue. Maybe This Scammers Hack Me From My IP Address Or Something I Dont Know. Now 4 Of My Items And 3 Cases Were Gone/Scammed/Stolen.
Skins:
- M4A4 | X-Ray
- USP-S | Overgrowth
- Glock-18 | Steel Disruption
- Sawed-off | Forest DDPAT
Cases:
- Operation Breakout Case 2x
- Operation Phoenix Case

I Check To My Trade Offers History And All My Items Were Traded To Someone That Scammed Me. And I Check His Inventory And, Jackpot! All Of My Items Was On His Inventory. After That I Submited A Steam Ticket With The Guy That Scammed Me Profile Link And Tell That I've Been Scammed By Someone. But The Steam Support Suddenly Reply My Ticket And Say That They Cannot Return My Items That Scammed Or Stolen. After That I Was Pissed Of, The Next Day (Today) I Check At His Inventory Again And All Of My Items Was Not There And Gone. Now I Really-really Pissed Off. Can Someone Help Me? Because Those Items Was So Important To Me.

Theres not much we can do to help you get your skins back :(

The only thing I can suggest is contacting Steam Support.

true i wish people were more mature when trading or playing and not be 2 face. A few days ago I accidentally traded my knife for something worth half of it and the person i traded with didnt want to give it back. so no return i guess.

Submit a nice ticket to steam stating that you accidentally clicked on a phishing link and that it must've installed a virus or keylogger. Be sure to include links of the trade in question and be sure to let steam know that you are sorry and will be more careful with the links you click on. I submitted a weak ticket to steam where I didn't type much and they responded to me a week later telling me that they wouldn't return my items. So I submitted another ticket but typed a lot more and went more in depth and included many screenshots and they responded 2 days later and returned my items to me :D (I was scammed the exact same way you were, except I just logged on one day and my items were gone. Scanned my computer for viruses and found multiple. My items were returned 2 days ago so don't lose hope!) :)

This guy scammed me out of my knife. Totally fell for the typical paypal scam.
