Is "Hi bro do you need it?" a virus link?

Someone named *REMOVED* sent me a profile message saying "Hi bro do you need it? captures-web screenshot (I'm not posting the exact link since Steam said it was spam)"
I googled it and this exact message is on a ton of profiles, is it a virus link? Just google "steam hi bro do you need it captures-web screenshot?" and you'll see what I mean

1 it's safe, but USELESS
2 it's NOT safe
3 spoof try say that you try fix problem wrong way:
instead of eliminating the causes and vulnerabilities, you try to eliminate the effects of it

If you don't know somebody very well/at all, don't friend them/click on links they send/download files they send etc. - if the Steam userbase could follow these simple steps the support system wouldn't be so backed up.

Hell yes it's a virus link, I wasn't thinking and tried it and it made me send the same comment to all my friends. What ever you do, do not click this, and if you did: find a way to get it off as soon as possible because I don't know what's going to happen to my account now.

Apparently is not a virus but can hack your steam information so .. careful and dont click the link
i did it from steam browser and nothing happend but if you have google chrome, firefox, enternet. etc you download a archive and can steal you steam account

I think it is a virus, I got one too. It is actually not a png, even though that's what it leads you to think. The icon is a csgo weapon, and i don't even have the game, I know because my brother told me.
