How to Unlock an Account after using Self Locking Tool?

Hello. I logged in at a cyber cafe yesterday with my ORIGINAL ACCOUNT and I just remembered that I forgot to log it off. So first thing I did when I got home was to change my password. Then I tried locking my account. Now, how do I regain access to it again? Top area of steam says, "You have an alert from steam support" and I can't play. So how can I fix this again? And on the part of "Proof of Ownership", this account of mine does not have a steam wallet and I don't have a credit card. So I can't provide the Credit Cards, Bank Transfers, Cd Keys, and Steam Wallet Codes. Please please help me. It would be such a waste if I can't use my account. The only proof I've got is this email of mine, my username, password and proof of my friends' accounts. Please help guys. Steam support hasn't been sending me mails on how to fix this. :(

I just download dota and play. I bought stuff by trading, nothing else.

How exactly did you buy stuff on Steam before yesterday

Credit card? PayPal? Steam Wallet?

An e-mail address alone doesn't prove anything

Contact Steam support,you're having a fraud purchases or keys.

That is impossible.

If you had never spent a dime on Steam, you wouldn't be able to trade.

There has to be something.

No what I meant was, I have friends in dota and I buy items from them. We meet, I pay, we trade. That's it. Is something wrong with that? I don't think I need steam wallet for that. I also bet so I get items but I've never bought items on Dota Markets coz I really don't have a steam wallet. Promise.

Then one of your friends gave you a stolen game or something like that,you need to contact support to know more.

My friend has steam wallet and I pay him real money to buy items I want. Then he trades it to me. Is that wrong? I'm not really good at this stuff. All I want right now is on how to recover my locked account. I shoul'dve not overreacted and locked it. Hate this.

You can't unlock your account for now,you need to contact steam support and they will unlock it,there is no other way.

If you self locked just goto email and unlock. Other than that.. well you know

I really hope so. I'm not receiving replies from them. I've asked a lot of times and wrote every detail of the problem. Now I'm using this new account

Will that really work? I tried going to my mail but there's no such mail saying on how to unlock it with mail.

Unfortunately, that won't work.

This can only be unlocked by Steam Support.

After all, it's a drastic measure that should only be used as a last resort.
