MSI Afterburner Question...
So I just built my new computer (MSI of course!) and downloaded the MSI afterburner. I have never used it before so I was looking up how to use it, and came across options for an On Screen Display hardware monitor. My version has no such option! It is as if they removed it? Does anyone know how to get it to work or if it even works? I would like to monitor temps while in game.

What video card do you have? I recently got an MSI TwinFrozr Gaming GTX 750 Ti OC and it came with Afterburner, which when installed updated to a newer version (64-bit Win7). It has a detachable window on the right with all sorts of graphs for gpu and some things like cpu temperature and core speeds (I have older i5 650 3.2 GHz).

But I normally run Linux, so I did't really use that other than testing some overclocking. The newer Linux nvidia drivers (I am running 346.22) allow overclocking gpu, video RAM, and fan control with sliders in NVIDIA X Server Settings. But I cannot monitor actual gpu speeds, just gpu temperature and fan speeds (both of which stay low on the new efficient Maxwell chip).
Let me copy/paste my build...

Motherboard: | MSI Z97 Gaming 7
CPU: | Intel Core i5 - 4690k @ 3.50 Ghz
GPU: | MSI GeForce GTX 980 Gaming 4G
Memory(RAM): | G. Skill Trident X Series - 16 Gb @ 1600 Mhz
CPU Cooler: | Noctua NH-D14
HDD: | Western Digital - Black - 2 TB
SSD: | Crucial M500 - 120 GB
PSU: | Corsair RM 650 Watt
Optical Drive: | LG DVD Player/Burner
Computer Case: | Cooler Master Storm Trooper - Full Tower

I just built this about 3 days ago.
It runs beautifully and it came with the software aswell. I read that MSI afterburner had some sort of On Screen display to monitor temperatures in game. Like an FPS monitor. But I don't think mine has that capability, or I just don't know how to activate it.
